When Should I Enrol My Child?
In most independent schools like Good Shepherd Lutheran School, you are able to submit your child’s application for enrolment and secure their place two years before their year of enrolment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Foundation places in 2026 at Good Shepherd Lutheran School are now at capacity and a waitlist applies. As a result, we are no longer accepting enrolment applications or offering tours for families seeking to commence in Foundation 2026.
Foundation 2027 places are filling fast. If you are considering Good Shepherd for your child, we encourage you to submit an Application for Enrolment as soon as possible. There is no fee to apply.
As part of our enrolment process, attendance at a Principal’s Tour is essential.
How To Enrol
1. Enquire
The first step to enrolment is to visit our school on a formal Principal’s Tour where you will see our school and ELC facilities, hear from our student leadership team, and explore our comprehensive prospectus, giving you valuable insights into the enriching educational experience we offer.
2. Apply
Once you have completed a Principal’s Tour, download and complete our enrolment form and submit with all the requested documentation to the Enrolments Administrator as early as possible.
*Please note that a separate application form is required for each child. We do not charge a fee to submit an application.
3. Interview & Accept
If your application for enrolment progresses, an interview with the Principal will be arranged, and if successful, you will receive additional documentation to be completed, and a deposit must be paid to secure your child’s enrolment.
