Our school canteen is expertly operated by Rory’s School Lunches, a professional catering business with a team of passionate chefs dedicated to delivering fresh and wholesome meals to students in accordance with the Healthy Eating Advisory Service and Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. 

Operating on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, the canteen caters to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences, and the delicious sauces are packed with veggies and designed to please even the fussiest eaters. The menus are regularly updated to keep the offerings exciting, encouraging students to explore a range of wholesome foods which means parents can enjoy a break from lunch preparations, confident that our affordable, fresh, and healthy lunches are the perfect choice.

To streamline the ordering process, our canteen utilises the Qkr! App. This convenient app allows users to access the full-range menu, place orders up to two weeks in advance, and ensures a hassle-free experience.

How do I Order with Qkr! App?

1. Download the Qkr! App on the App Store or Android

2. Set up your account.

4. Register your child.

5. Explore our full-range menu. Place orders up to 2 weeks in advance.

What is the latest time I can place an order for my child to receive their food?

Orders can be placed up to two weeks in advance. 

If ordering on the day of requirement, all orders must be placed before 8am, with exception to orders including sushi – Orders for sushi must be placed before 8am the day prior to requirement.

I need to cancel my child’s order, how are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed through the parent helpline – (08) 7084 1801.

Cancellations must be received by 8am the day of the order to receive a refund.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds on orders cancelled after 8am on the day of the order. 

What if my child is sick or absent on the day of their order?

We no longer hold lunches to future dates. If your child is sick or absent on the day of their order, please contact Rory’s parent helpline before 8am on (08) 7084 1801.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds on orders cancelled after 8am on the day of the order. If you wish to place an order on a different day and miss the 8am cutoff time, a new order must be placed, and the amount will be charged accordingly.

Ordering sushi

Sushi is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 

In the interests of food safety, sushi is made fresh to order. As a result, orders must be made before 8am the day prior to requirement. For example, if you wish to have sushi on Tuesday, the order must be placed before 8am Monday.

What if I place an order and forget my child has an excursion that same day?

You can cancel an order or select a different day the order is required any time up until 8am the day of the order by calling the parent helpline on (08) 7084 1801.

To successfully cancel the order and receive a refund, call the parent helpline before 8am the day of the order.
